For Agents

To achieve Green Range status, your agency must have an active IATA certificate, a verified GST number matching your business name, and a fully activated Nusuk Masar account with successful past visa issuances.

While membership is not legally mandatory to issue visas, Saudi Umrah Operators and local B2B partners prioritize working with verified AIUEAA members due to the trust and compliance standards we enforce.

Once you submit your application and pay the fee, our verification team takes 48-72 hours to cross-check your GST and IATA details before activating your public profile.

For Pilgrims & Sub-agents

You can search for the agent's name, city, or EA Code in our Registry. If they appear with a Green or Yellow badge, they are authorized and their credentials have been verified.

If the agent is a verified member of AIUEAA, you can file a formal complaint through our portal. We will mediate the dispute. If they are in the Red Range or unlisted, we advise contacting local authorities.
